hello world! this week is always the one where i have to find stuff to fill the time between christmas parties and new year ones. so last day of the christmas parties was sun, stoned on mon and tues (which i so needed to work off the effects of the parties), watched the chipmunks with the small cousins today, going over to sar's place to hang out tmrw and then it'll be the new year's parties. so to recap;

24th - the usual, dinner at grandma's then countdown at angel's. gave the small kids our old 360 and they were damn happy la, all they wanted to do aft that was to be our best friends. haha. at angel's we were quite enthu bout caroling this year, which was entertainingly funny. bro was santa, which he totally loved. haha.

25th - went to aunty michele's in the afternoon, surprised i could wake up at 11 by myself. total of 5 hours of sleep i think. so went over half awake, but luckily it was a relatively quiet party. ended up talking to matthew bout video games pretty much the whole time. then we went home, napped for like 2 hours then went to jerry mama's house. played girls vs boys taboo, which i suck at. haha. ian and kieran and their cousins dressed up like power rangers and kept attacking us with pretend weapons. towards the end of the thing we were all jumping and rolling around pretending to dodge attacks and get hit. they're damn cute la the 2 of them.

26th - had a function at godma's for dinner, had lots of ppl there. just sat with grandma most of the time, talking to her bout life. haha. then aft that went to girlie aunty's. her newly renovated house is ginormous. played guitar hero and american idol on danny's ps3. then went downstairs where there was a spontaneously created dancefloor. danced for abit bef the folks decided to call for the cab. which was at abt 3.30. heard the next day the rest of the ppl left at like abt 5.30.

27th - final house was emmanuel's. managed to get the folks to agree to leave first, since ma had work. watched the idol finals, which was actually the only episode of the season i watched. turned out to be a waste of time, other than when we saw aunty carol and family on tv. haha. gambled a bit, made a total gain of 5 cents. haha. quit while you're ahead i always say. haha. watched the match abit, but mostly played with ian and kieran outside. all kieran did was attack me, with his power farts or something like that. haha. ian was trying to figure out the theory of evolution but couldn't really get it (i mean he is only 6). left there abt 2 plus and that pretty much concluded the celebrations.

yeah the next 2 days were totally for recuperation. woke up at abt 3 plus each day. in fact the only reason i woke up at 10.30 was cause we were taking the cousins out. the movie got annoying aft a while. i mean the chipmunks are cute and all, but the shrill squeaky voices started becoming unbearable halfway thru the movie. aft that went to taka to help the cousins spend their 40 bucks worth of vouchers uncle stan gave for christmas. spent hours asking them what they wanted, which surprisingly didn't include many toys. in fact daniel got mostly stationery. weird boy. haha. then dropped them off and went for dinner with godma at jack's place.

am watching the wigan game now. c'mon utd!
